Today I am having a luxury pedicure. I have written many words ... not quite as many as I might have hoped but still a good start to the month I think.
Next week I have a luxury manicure booked.
If I complete the 50 tho' maybe I should book a short cruise!!!!
Seriously though. Set yourselves small targets and treat yourself when you reach that target.

So, I had told myself that I would be allowed to read a bit of the shiny new edition of Vogue that's been sat on my desk for the last week as soon as I got to 10,000 words. Well I reached it, but then things got rather out of hand this week and my word count quickly dropped behind so I tried to catch up (to no avail) and pushed Vogue under my notebook.
Well. Now I've officially worried myself sick (literally) about the real life things that have been stressing me out all week and my word count's at 15k and I'm not pushing myself anymore until my belly settles down. So as a reward for myself, I'm snuggled into bed with Vogue in one hand and crap Saturday night TV ahead of me and it's all good.
Except for the nausea, obviously.

I hope the crap TV and your copy of vogue has helped beat life about the head and the situation is more managable.

I was going to reward myself for 10k by getting the audio book of Stardust (because Neil gaiman's voice is just so nice!) but the website was broke. bah.
At 25k I think I'll get myself a haircut - It needs one!
