Hi!

I'm an ML from out of town and wanted drop in on your forum because I'll be spending a long Thanksgiving weekend in Vegas (Wed-Sun).

I'm hoping you guys can point me toward some writer (and vegan) friendly spots to type at that are easily accessible from the strip. I'd really appreciate it. Also, if any of you all are interested there will be three Californian Wrimos transplanting ourselves to work on our novels and we would love to meet and write with you if you're game.

You can respond here or feel free to nanomail or email me!

The beautiful thing about Las Vegas is that there are internet cafes in every single hotel on the strp. Also, there are several Starbucks readily available from the Strip as well. I would have to actually take a ride on the strip (which I intend to do a lot of next week since my folks are out from MA) to tell you exactly where good places would be, but if you want to go off strip, you can take the flamingo bus out to Maryland Parkway, where there is a Starbucks and a barnes and noble within easy walking from that intersection.

I am vegan too and I go to this little vegatarian resturant called "Rainbows End" on maryland parkway and saharah. If you need directions, just ask! :) It's a quiet little place where you can sit in the cafe not disturbed and enjoy a meal where they can make anything vegan, all you have to do it ask.
