I'm going to be taking a short NaNo break. I need to read through what I've written and figure out how the heck to resolve this plot. Meanwhile, I'll be thinking of everyone tapping away! See those of you who will be there, the Sunday after TG.

Wow! You're certainly helping our total Regional word-count! I just checked: we're ranked 186th ... we've gotta get up there some more!

GO, DELLANI !!! =0)

I passed 30K tonight, thanks, maybe, to a two-person write-in meeting tonight! Just me and Maggie! It made us both buckle down and just write, and it felt really productive.

See you on Sunday, those who can make it! Remember, 10:00 to 1:00'ish!

The writing was surprisingly productive tonight, I agree! With less people, it's hard to get distracted by the fun social aspects. xD

Congrats on making the goal, Dellani!

YOU PEOPLE AND YOUR WORD COUNTS. You upset me.

Congrats, though. Seriously.

I figured out how to finish it! Isn't it amazing how you get inspiration and ideas in the weirdest places. I was washing my hair this morning and had this "WOW" moment, an epiphany if you will. I thought of not only how to wind up the story, but save Murdock, the character whose death I've been regretting ever since I had to kill him off. I hadn't realized how much it had upset me until I figured out how to get him back! And it's so very perfect for the rest of the story, it will work really well AND tie in the the first novel in the series - to which this one is a prequel. I'm very excited! I had to cheer, crow, dance a jig and do a handstand! *does all of the above*
