Sure, sounds like a bad movie trailer. Anyway, on last Thursday the Valley Wrimos (self included) went forth to the write-in of the Anchorage branch of the Alaska Region. We had a lot of fun and got a great midweek boost to our wordcounts. Thanks for the great time. I don't know that we'll be able to impose upon further write-ins, but it remains an option to plan for next Nano. In any case, we leave the invitation open for all to visit the valley write-ins (Saturdays @ 10am @ Meads/Teelands/Hernings).

That sounds like either the start of a bad movie, or a truly awesome home movie. ;D
It was great fun, it I recall right I managed a personal best(or at least in the top ten) during one of the word wars with over 900(99-something) words. Meeting everyone was great! It was worth the ugly looks from my very annoyed puppy. :3

I presonally would like to encourage everyone in Anchorage. You guys are doing awesome. You are working your hardest and doing your best. I want to encourage you to keep up the good work, no matter where you are at. We still have a long way to go as far as time, so just keep plugging along.
