I'm glad the first snow happened on a weekend, so I could look at it with wonder and joy instead of annoyance.

oh, lovely snow. If only it had waited another day, I really didn't want to test out my snow tires just yet. But now that I have a day off I can sit by and marvel at how amazing my little valley looks dusted with snow.
Now if only my characters would get a little peace, but no...
