Well that is the headline the YHR should have for this story. I am actually in Sarajevo BiH, jebes zemelja ko Bosna nema! I feel very good to be all done a day ahead of schedule too. Too far away to party with any other Yakimites who may have won, so in spirit I raise a glass of good rakija to you and wish you all the best! The reality is I am going to have a cup of coffee in Club BIT. :)

Congratulations! I will think of you and raise a glass in your honor at my own TGIO Party (not certain if anyone else is coming since we haven't been able to get any hook ups here, but I'm partying anyway!).

Congrats to you too! It's not easy even when you do not have other commitments. The beauty of being here in Sarajevo is I have no real responsibilities! :) I think that's what makes people go ex-pat sometimes! All I have to do is keep the flat clean, cook for myself and sometimes my Significant Other if he visits, and sometimes a trip to the nearby cevapi place works just as well :). I did two novels in the middle of nasty heavy Allied Health type programs one of which took me down to Granger once a week by bus, and while I adored the class, and the instructor, and the subject, and all, it really cut into noveling time because of course I had an absolute shit storm of home work in ALL my classes. I was begining to think getting a job flipping burgers might have been smarter. I am glad those days are behind me. Writing without all that is a challenge, but it is much better, provided you have the self discipline to do it.
