Help! I'm blocked

I was on such a roll with my novel, then yesterday I decided to make an apple pie. Well while using my apple/peeler/fcorer, I slashed my index finger on my right hand all the way down to the tendon. After a trip to the Medical Center, where they showed me where I nicked my tendon, we decided to just duro bond it up and hope for the best. If it gets to where I can't bend my finger then they are talking surgery with a hand specialist. I don't want that road. I picked up writing again today, but I'm blocked. This is my first time ever doing this National Novel Writing and I don't want to not finish. Any tips?

Hi! It's 2:51 a.m. in dark, lonely south-eastern Colorado, and I don't have word one written. That will change tomorrow, because I spent the night up to this point finishing a website so I could pound away on the keyboard doing something I have wanted to do for years. I am rambling, because I'm half out of mind with caffeine-and-sugar overload, so don't mind the crazy woman down here in the corner.

Am relocating to Colorado at the beginning of NaNo and thus am not familiar with local write-ins. Do most folk in Broomfield flock to Denver? Or are there local groups that meet up in and around Broomfield or Westminster?
