These sound doable, but not the publish part unless you have a way to publish that does not involve someone else judging your poems and possibly rejecting them. Wouldn't "Submit poems for publication" be the more accurate description of the part of the goal that is within your control?
Just asking. I don't think we should set ourselves goals that we cannot have the final say over.

I have made progress!
I can cross #1 off my list. Moonshadow's Guardian is on its way to a publisher and I'm praying.
My next goal:
~Finish Jihad before NaNoWriMo
And
~PLAN SOMETHING OUT FOR NANO
(I'm going for 250K this year) Anyway, as for the poems thing, actually I have one I'm just waiting around to hear from the publisher to find out if WHEN it's getting published, one poem published, and a few others I submitted and am waiting for responses on.

I am working on both... I looked through the adopt-a-plots and now I'm deciding what to use...
And I just finished God Council Scene numbah one and am now on to Evil Chick: the Premiere.
^^I am NOT a writer. Of doom.
ARGH I'M DOING THAT THING AGAIN.

^^Oh, and I am going to write 5K today.
Why? So I don't feel guilty about disappearing to my grandmother's and not having novel access.

Didn't work. Now I am stranded without my beloved novel.
BUT I am also stranded with icecream and my beloved internet, my grandmother, and her air conditioner.

And I've gotten some planning done... one of my Nanos will be the sequel to my Augno, in which Robyn, the MC, tries to recover from the experiences of my Augno.

UPDATE!
1-format-COMPLETED
2-I'm working on it! Many submissions
3-I've put one up for critique, and once I've edited it, I will be submitting it to a magazine.
4-That person STILL needs to show me the place where the animal hospital is. He fails. Severely so.
5-NaNoWriMo has been begun in planning. I have Robyn sort of formulated for Augno and I'm thinking about ELVES. I have elves in everything. I'm going for A LOT of Elves now.
6-Jihad-on hold for AugNo, but I've gotten past the introduction to the main villain.
7-AugNo-Planning! I have the two main characters written out, the chief of the cannibal tribe, and the brother of MC2, who tries to kill MC2.
New:
8-Memorize three Gackt (jpop) songs AND understand them, WITHOUT googling lyrics. Actually be able to sing them competently by January.
9-Raise $25+ dollars (somehow) for NaNoWriMo this year
10-Build a new world for a book.
That's all for now. I'm pretty sure that I'll be adding more as I complete them-because I'm insane like that-but I'm looking forward to actually being able to say that each one is completed and that I can move on to something else.

5. Okay this will be a long one.
I have the map of my fantasy world finished, and the castle, and the asylum.
I've gotten the two MCs of Books 2 and 3 written down, with personalities et all, which I will soon be putting the basic character sketches up on my blog.
I also have a basic design of Elvish culture. Turns out, the elves in my book are warped (mentally) versions of what I would normally use, and of Tolkien Elves.
Basically, they are complete purists and consider everyone else to be a lesser race. They also perform 'experiments'-torture-to learn more about human weaknesses they can exploit if war becomes necessary. They use the humans nobody cares about, street urchins, whores, travellers, thieves, and the likes. My MC Emilia did the experiments to fill her sleepless nights.
Elves who have been banished officially but fail to leave and/or dare to return will be subjected to these experiments so the Elves can discover and minimize their own weaknesses.
This means that henceforth, my Nano Prework will involve a lot of research into torture methods and torture's effect. I'm also still looking for the last two plots for my Nanos, if anyone cares to throw some ideas in.
Haven't done much else... I've been learning more Rammstein than Gackt and haven't been able to start my AugNo yet, so I have been obsessively researching.

*shudders* Torture is..... interesting research. I got nightmares researching it. But I write the psychological aspects of torture more than physical.

I'm doing AugNo, but for the first 9 or 10 days I'm out of it. My computer at home (the one that's actually mine) doesn't have internet so I have no clue just yet how I'll validate, but I don't want to write it up on paper. I hate writing stories on paper, I only ever do so in November. I only write my worldbuilding stuff on paper and poetry/songs/things that aren't stories.
I have motor control issues and I get hand cramps after a while. :(
So for now I'll just be doing worldbuilding.
5-I talked to The Mother about my history for a while, and it Sort Of But Not Really Helped.
I need to figure out why the Racist As Fuck Elves would ally themselves with the Lowly Humans. Because there was a stronger alliance there at one point, Emilia tells me, but she's not telling me why or how it broke down to 'Timid Peace' or why it broke down to that or ANYTHING, really.
Any thoughts on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

Ack. Sorry about the hand cramps :(
As for the alliance. . .brainstorm suggestion. . .do the humans possible have something that the Elves need but have originally overlook because they thought it was inferior or not relevant? It may be an alliance where they are completely disgusted with themselves but are having to do it out of necessity. As for the Timid Peace, either a bigger evil is requiring dealing with or the elves have rationalize the inferiority of the humans that boasts their own superiority to save ego. Breaks down, humans are fed up or the evil is gone?
Good luck!

The humans were in the Dark Ages and hadn't discovered magic when the Alliance was forged. Apparently.
And the Timid Peace remains because the elves are too lazy to take out the humans and the humans know they can't take out the Elves with brute force and nobody cares. Except the king who is King Greedy Bastard and wants to own the world. First take out the elves. Then conquer the mountains. (Harder stuff first, easy stuff later because it's like a break. Although he thinks all the Dwarves vanished but they just went further into the mountains because they wanted to be left alone.)
And why is dwarves identified by spell check but not elves?
DOES NOBODY LOVE THE DWARVES?
