I have decided to go to Jordan for a week at the end of October for a diving hol just to clear my head before the big push.
Does anyone do anything to clear their heads?

I actually try to avoid clearing my head. The more stuff is piled in there, making my brain burst at the seams, the more will appear on the paper. Perhaps not the best strategy, but it's worked the past two years :)
