Nano 2008 will be my 2nd nano, and my first here in the Asheville area! I moved up here from Central Florida this past June. Anyway, I very much look forward to meeting everyone and getting a lot of writing done as a group! :)

Hey ya'll! I'm Jess and this will be my fourth or fifth Nano attempt!
I'm also the/one of the ML's for Asheville this year! Melissa (co-ML last year) stepped down and I'm not sure if Paula's coming back to the post this year.
This year I've been busy founding, organizing, and running a women's writing workshop here in Asheville. I plan to bring the same dedication and organization to being your Nano ML as I do to the workshop.
So if anyone has questions for me, fire away!

Hello to you and everyone!
How excited am I that they re-launched early. :-D
I'm going back and forth on whether or not I will participate fully in wrimo this year. I have some big writing projects I'm working on that I'm not entirely sure I want to set aside...of course, I don't *have* to set them aside. I could, if I played my cards right, do everything. Hmmm. Nanowrimo has been a November fixture in my life since 2004. Life would be awfully weird if I didn't jump in.
I'm leaning heavily towards the "jumping in" thing.
At any rate, I'll be knocking about regardless.
Now lets get planning!
