I want to make the sentence only three words. (so not is full of rage...or anything like that) but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Despicable? How about hateful, abhorrent, unloved, or repellent?
Or use it capitalized, as in "Jayme is Hate." Then go on to explain why Jayme deserves that title. Maybe something like the following.
Jayme is Hate. As in hate, personified. Dad calls him Beelzebub. Mom says that after he was born, she bled so much she almost died. He must have clawed at her on the way out. (Etc.)

I'm sure sure if the guy is supposed to be hating others or if people hate him. The word 'loathe' comes to mind and could work for either.
