Ok, once you've got all the plans for your write-in worked out, please put an announcement in here so the MLs know to add it to the regional calendar.
Please include the following information, or a link to the thread where it's explained:
*location - name of establishment and an address are greatly appreciated!
*dates & times
*special features - are there limited seating options? do they serve vegetarian cuisine? do you need to bug the front desk to open the bathroom? do you already know the wifi access code?
*who to look for - you gotta give the wrimos some way of finding you, either a particular area of the establishment or some way to recognize YOU the planner
Also, if you want to have an impromptu one time write-in, this is a good place to say "Hey people, 8:30 tonight I'm going to be at bla-bla-bla coffee shop in case anyone wants to join me"

So those are the official details as per the calendar. Unofficially, TrueNorth may be arriving around 5:30, which means I may get there earlier too, but I'm planning for 7ish at the latest.
Going to stay there as late as I can, probably midnight or so. Brought several things to work on and I just really need a night out.

There is a weekly write-in at the Waves coffeehouse on Columbia St. in New West, Mondays at 11am. We were formerly at Starbucks two blocks down, but it wasn't big enough for our needs.
Look for a cluster of people with laptops, or just me sitting all lonely with my laptop and a little piece of paper that says NaNo.

Other info:
This is super easy to get to if any Burnaby folk want to join us--Just come over the Ironworker's bridge and exit the highway at Mt Seymour Freeway--You'll see the Holiday Inn right at the junction of Highway 1 and the Freeway. Hang a left at Lillooet, left again at Old Lillooet, and you're there. :)
For transit, the 239 comes up from Phibbs... not sure about other routes!
I'll try to get there first and you'll know it's me by the laptop with the nano 2008 sticker on it. ;)
