Come Thanksgiving time, I'll be in Calvert County. (=
I know. It seems so far away!

I hosted a write-in on Black Friday two years ago, at the Prince Frederick Panera. I'm thinking about doing it again this year. (=

Hey there! I'm down in Lusby, so I would be interested in a Prince Frederick write-in. Keep us posted! --Barb

I would join at the Panera in PF. I occasionally type at the Starbucks one center over, but Panera has a lot more room.

I'm in Waldorf but am used to driving anywhere and everywhere -- any events in Southern Maryland would be cool with me!

Well, Jenny, be prepared to have people mispronounce Huntingtown. =D

I'd be into a write-in at Panera. The only other real place we could do it would be at the library, but their right next door to each other anyway.

I'm in Huntingtown! A write-in would be pretty cool, though I'm not sure how well I'd write outside of my setup at home.

Has anyone mentioned a day of the week for write-ins at Panera in Prince Frederick yet? I would like to suggest we pick any evening except Tuesday since the St. Mary's County crew is going to be meeting on Tuesdays at the Panera in California. If we can agree on a different day for Prince Frederick, then we'll have twice the write-ins in SoMD. What do you think?

I literally just picked a day at random that wasn't Tuesday (my personal preference, sadly). I'd be up for almost any weekday except Wednesday and Friday. Just trying to get the ball rolling!

Okay, so it's either Monday nights or Thursday nights. Should we take a vote? I can do either day. \

Or, if I am the only one interested in trekking down to California on Tuesday nights, Calvert County writers could meet on Tuesdays at Panera. It's just a matter of which is the best night for the max number of people. :)

I have equal chances of being able to make a Tuesday or Thursday (I work in DC so just depends on work schedule and commute home), so I won't vote in that poll. Just wanted to add that I usually spend a couple of hours on Sunday mornings at Starbucks writing and could move to Panera if others might join. (Larger location + wifi at Panera.)

I'm in North Beach and work in DC too. I'm open for any nights except Wed & Fri. I have standing reservations for karaoke on those nights. I'm off on Black Friday too, so a daytime write-in on that Fri would be fine with me.

Okay Calverts, November 1st is fast approaching. If there are going to be write-ins, we need to choose soon. Looking over the posts so far, it looks like we're equally divided between Tuesday and Thursday, with Tues being one person's favorite day and the possible conflict of sax lessons on Thurs.

So will Calvert write-ins be Tuesday evenings at Panera in PF, like 6-9pm??? Yeah? Maybe? What do we think about it?

If you're happy with this plan, lemme hear you say, "Wooo-hoooo!" :)

My husband came home from work early today with a fever and aches and chills and general fluishness. I'm not sure if I will be able to come to the write-in tonight or not. *fingers crossed* If I do, I promise not to breathe germs at all of you. :)

Just found this thread. Yes, I'm avoiding writing by trolling the NaNo website :-)
I'm in Saint Leonard and I'm gonna try and make it to the write in next week.

So excited to see the number of WriMos in Calvert growing!
