I'm from Annapolis area. I'd LOVE to have a write in somewhere nearby, the Barnes and Noble in the Harbor Center or Panera in Riva Festival.. is ANYONE from nearby interested???

Glen Burnie, here. I usually go to the Columbia write-in on Thursday. I don't know if I'll be able to fit any others in this year, since I'm working most other evenings, but maybe. =)

I would be interested in joining at the BN at Harbour Center, esp. on the weekends. (I work in DC so don't think I could make it during the week.) I am in Calvert (on the AA line), but Edgewater/Annapolis is only about 20-30 min (esp if it is somewhere right off of Rt 2).

Cool, yelp I have lived in Odenton for about 5 years. I see you are in the Utah region. My little sister lives near Utah State.

I am also in Odenton. Seven Oaks specifically. I was planning to attend the Columbia write-ins but if their is one closer that would be great.

I'm in the Annapolis area too. The BN meet up works for me. I pretty much shut myself in last year and I want to actually get out and write with company this year!

Agreed. I can make it on weekends, but it's twice as far from my work as it is from home, so I wouldn't want to go on weeknights.

I live in Severna Park. I am open to write ins but work until 3 p.m. Mon thru Fri.

Everyone who was interested, looks like weekends are overall more popular.

I have an obligation on the first Saturday, the 7th, but the rest are open. How does 1 or 2 in the afternoon til? sound?

Also, if anyone is interested in a weeknight meet as well any night but Wednesday works for me. :)

As soon as I hear back from everyone I will post in the Write- in thread to get us on the calender!

Saturday evening or Sunday would work better for me than earlier on Saturday. As for weeknights, I couldn't do Thursday, but could probably be free most other evenings.

I'm in Crofton and would love to participate in a write-in. My schedule is going to fluctuate depending on hubby's work schedule and coaxing a grandparent into babysitting. But I'll try to attend when I can. Good luck everyone!

Weekends definitely work best for me, otherwise I'll be bringing my toddler along and while that might be fun, I probably wouldn't get much writing done.

What about Sunday the 1st or the weekend of the 7th-8th? Anyone up for a write in at the BN that weekend? I ask because the weekend of the 14-15th I'll be in DC and I won't be able to go :(.

2009: First NaNoWriMo EVER!!

I'm in Annapolis too. B&N is a great place to work, but not on Thursday afternoons. The knitting club takes up a lot of the tables and is VERY loud. So I would prefer a different day if we write together during the week. I also can do some weekends and would enjoy the company.

**The B&N here closes at 10 pm Monday-Thursday and 9 pm on Sundays, but it's open till 11 pm on Friday and Saturday nights.**

Okay, adding write ins at BN on Sundays the 1st and 8th from 1:30 - 4.

I live in Annapolis (well, Cape St. Claire). Probably won't make any of the write-ins, but who knows?
