The past two years I posted a cartoon-of-the-day about NaNo in the local forum for Holland/Belgium.
On popular request I finally added all of them together in a little cartoon booklet that I self-published at Lulu.com.

Despite the somewhat surreal adventures HannahK and her novelling friends tend to get caught up in, it is still highly recognisable for those who have participated to NaNoWriMo.
And thanks to the added explanations of the event and it’s terminology it is also fun to read for outsiders that have always wondered what all the fuss is about!

Some extra info for people from my regional forum:
Because it turns out that the post and packaging from Lulu to The Netherlands is quite high when you order only one booklet, I recently did a bulk order of 25 myself that I sell from my home.
Including P&P those are €12,16 (if sent to an address in NL).
I have 10 or 12 left. So PM me if you are in NL and you want one. (Maybe I will come to the Kick Off so that would save you the €2,16 P&P, but I am not 100% certain about that yet.)

Update on the cartoon booklet:
I sold my last few copies at the regional KO party. But I did a new bulk order the next day so for people in Holland they will be available through me again very shortly. If you already know you want one, PM me so I can put one apart for you when they come in.
But you can also still buy them directly from Lulu.com (or Amazon)
Update on the Cafepress shop:
I have made the designs a little smoother and am done uploading and replacing them. I may still add some new ones as well. If you want one of the other designs on the item of your choice, just PM me and I will change it for you :-)

Thank you very much! I am working on a new cartoon story right now as my 2009 NaNo project. (But judging from your rebel sig, you probably already know that, teehee).
So if you bought this booklet and you like it, there may be a new one to look forward to for the coming year :-)

Alle shirts met 'DARK' in de omschrijving zijn er ook in zwart en veel kleding is er in meerdere kleuren.
Alle lichte shirts kunnen ook aan de achterkant bedrukt worden.
Dat is 3 dollar extra. Dan kun je dus bijv. voorop een klein logo hebben en achterop een groot logo.
Als je dat wilt moet je me even PM-en via de NaNo site, dan pas ik het aan.
De Euro prijzen zijn gebaseerd op de dollarprijs en de wisselkoers van vandaag volgens de GWK website.
MOMENTEEL STAAT DE DOLLAR WAANZINNIG LAAG!
Dus het is goedkoper om je 'currency' op dollars te zetten ipv op euro's.
Banken berekenen sinds dit jaar wel een opslag bij aankopen in vreemde valuta, maar dan nog is het goedkoper om in dollars te kopen.
DE VERZENDKOSTEN naar Nederland (ook bij meerdere of zwaardere items) zijn 7 dollar, dus dat is momenteel zo'n € 4,31
Je kan op CaféPress wel alleen met creditcard betalen voortaan.

Finally! Just got done putting the mug and book on a Christmas list that's off and away to our family's fairy god-sister. Love your spirit and your work! Just love it! Maybe there's a way my writers' inspiration and resource site can help promote you. (I am talking for free here... I love promoting other artists and writers who I really admire, and I'd love having one of your cartoons on the site, which has lots of cool art by various legitimate arrangements.) Check it out (first in sig) and if you're interested in maybe having a cartoon or something on display on Write 'em Cowgirls that links to your blog or products we can work something out. I'm going to be doing a NaNo 'box' new part on the Fiction page (though I guarantee it will not get up until after the holidays), and I could use it by that. You are so in keeping with a lot of the spirit of my site. Please contact me through the site if you want to discuss this further. There are contact links on every page except the Galleries. I do not have much time to check the NaNo boards now that November is over, and it's probably best taken to real email if we're going to negotiate off-NaNo stuff.
