As for write-ins on Fridays, I could go for that. Maybe noonish, so I can get down to help GIS partner in the lab around 3?

I don't have furloughs (don't get paid at all other than room and board, don't get days off, either), but am in Orangevale.
So evenings work if I can pin my husband down to stay with the kids. During the day might even work as he often works at home.

Since no one has mentioned any actual places let me throw a couple out there.
Boulevard Coffee - it's moderately small inside but they have the best coffee in the area.
Madison Station Cafe - tons of room in a semi-private space in the back + Frozen Yogurt!

I think I'm pretty solidly working 1-10pm on Fridays, now, but I can show up early for the early birds! ^_^ If we can work out something for Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday, that'd be awesome, too, because I don't work those days due to school. I'm going to be at Boulevard on Monday, if anyone is interested in a write-in. I'll be get there in the morning. I can be there in the afternoon if that's when people want to come.
