Thursday Night Write Ins

YAY for thursdays at Pikes Perk!!! I lurves coffee and writing.

I can't make it. Stupid 7pm classes. -_-

Wish you guys were in an area that would allow you to pop in to mine and Jaina's write-ins at the same time. I could use some aid from the writing mentor, Ash! :D

I wish I could be in two places at once. I should be at several of the other write-ins if my schedule will allow this year. soaringdragon42, we'll be there probably until they close, so if you can make it after class that would be great, and we'll still be there. :)

We are not meeting this month, mostly because we are trying to get everything ready for Nano. Echo and I have sister time Thursday nights right now. Depending on how Nano goes, we may continue to do it after. :)

So, because of car and lack of money problems, Echo and I are going to have to cancel Thursday nights at Pikes perk. :( sorry guys.

For those of you that are homeless on Thursday nights for a Write in, you can join myself, ScottyDM, and several others at Agia Sophia in Old Colorado City. We will be there every thursday night in the Russian Tea Room from 7 to 9:30.

You are very welcome to join us anytime, we love visitors, lurkers, creative folk, tee hee. It's a really good group. I am hoping that some of the group will make it through the storm. We have the Russian Tea Room upstairs at 7:00 at Agia Sophia's, there is usually a group in the room up until 7:00, but they know we have the room at 7.

If you have any troubles, just let the folks at the counter know that you're with Writer's Write, or with Anita and they can show you where we are.

I'm sending out an email to the group right now to see about the weather. There are a couple of folks that live within walking distance, so hopefully they will be able to make it through the snow. As for me, I'm in Black Forest, so I may be the iffy one here.

i'm so there! i've been looking forward to this for like, two weeks. no snow will stop me! plus, i just live on garden of the gods and 30th, so it's really pretty close for me.

Sorry I couldn't make it last night - my laptop took a suicidal leap off the table and I've been madly rushing around trying to find an affordable replacement before Sunday - Arg! The good news is, I've found afore-mentioned replacement and with a little luck will be picking it up tonight.

Nothing shall keep me from my 50K words! Nothing!!

All right, enough with the manic evil laughter and back to work. :-P

No problem, bummer about the laptop, they do havre a mind of their own.

I couldn't make it either, we got another burst of snow right as the sun set and it kept going all night.

I know that a couple of the WW group made it. I wonder who else did?
