I saw this last year, decided to bring it back. So, what language are you writing your NaNo in? I'm using English, if only for my complete inability to write anything over 2000 words in Bahasa Indonesia. You guys? |

Kalau Ambu nulis dalam bahasa Inggris, 1500 kata sebulan nggak selesai-selesai :P
Jadi, untuk ketiga kalinya, Ambu ber-NaNo dalam bahasa Indonesia. Mungkin tahun depan mau nulis pakai bahasa Sunda. Doakan saja kesampaian XD

Most likely english. I don't speak good Indonesian hahahaha... kidding :P. Just because this year I'll be joining some local Berlin meetups and english would be easier for them to understand than Indonesian ;).

@param1ta I do have plans to work on two stories, but I also realize full well it'd be impossible. So if I have to take the regular route (50k, one story), I'll work on a story in English.

English, since my first novel in Indonesian sucks badly and I don't wanna do the same mistake twice ;]

Kalo saya nulisnya pake bahasa indonesia karena kalo pake bahasa inggris, yang ada bakal gagal total sejadi-jadinya, seperti tahun kemarin. Tapi yang bingung, ini kan cerita tentang orang bule yang nyasar ke indonesia (yang nggak bisa bahasa indonesia), dan ceritanya itu dari sudut pandang dia pula.
Kan kalo dia tiba2 fasih ngindo gitu gimana ya?

i'd probably use english this year, since last year i already wrote in indonesian. haven't got myself a lot of time to write fanfics in english, so i'd probably have to freshen up my english-writing skill.

English. Last year I wrote a novel in English, an original one, and it was already hard to pull off. I can't imagine doing it in Indonesian... I have been too long away from our mother tongue. Shameful, really, but what can you expect from an English-degree graduate who spends her time frolicking in fan fiction sites? I think I will do a fan fiction in English now and perhaps, if I have time left, attempt anoher on in Indonesian as addition (perhaps not till 50000 words). Well, yeah, I am insane. What could i say? *grin*

Heh heh definitely English, as I'm not quite as fluent in Indonesian as I'd like to be...I'd probably worry about if "this word" or "that word" is spelled correctly instead of the word count...Funny how that is, eh?

Kayanya sih English. Alasan utama nulis pake English adalah pilihan diksi yang lebih banyak dan deskriptif. Kalau pakai Bahasa, rasanya ada beberapa bagian yang tidak bisa dideskripsikan dengan jelas.
Misalkan, nulis 'moncong pistol' daripada 'muzzle' terdengar nggak sreg aja..
