I'm just asking because I'm looking for an agent and a publisher for my first novel, Tales Tell Tales. Just wondering if anyone knows if there are any English publishers/agents in Taiwan?

I'm not sure. I imagine some of the vanity publishers in Taiwan would print for you, but most of the English-language publishing is for language instruction.
