It happens sometimes... We're in love with the idea of a character, but unfortunately, "they wouldn't be the same without a monocle, and monocles didn't exist in my setting of 2,000 BC..." or "they have a habit that's really annoying and, well, the MC would probably never let them inside his spaceship because of it" or something, and in short, the character won't fit in the setting or alongside other characters.
Well, here is a chance of a solution... post the character's bio (following the example format) in this thread, and when we get enough characters, other people can say "hey, MY novel is set in England 1800s, a monocled character would fit right in!" and behold, Mr. Monocle exists, and he won't be nagging at you through the whole month because kind old whoever is taking care of him for you.
And of course, proper feeding and walks.
And baths on Tuesdays.

sex: only on Saturdays (Just kidding, calm down) Male
necessary physical traits: manly haircut
necessary background: from Africa, beat up other kids when young
necessary habits: n/e
brief bio: Nancy's name was originally spelled Naansi, but they changed it when he moved to (North America/Europe), so he is always trying to prove his masculinity.
Well that was fun. Nancy is now up for grabs. And, of course, if more than one person wants him, he can have clones.
