Ack. I'm the same here. It's 12.35 and I'm still staring at a blank document page.
I do have a general plot idea planned out. Starting out is always the hardest for me though. D:

01:21. Staring at velvety inky blankness of my document writer Q10-- I have nothing. Still. Frak. And I'm writing fanfic, which I have done often; not original fiction which I haven't done in YEARS. Why is this so difficult??

It's now 2:46AM
Just got back from drinking with my fren. Did a bottoms up and next thing I know, I'm vomiting all over the place. =x
I think I shall start my novel at 3AM and finish probably 6AM.
Wish me luck~!
I don't think I'm stuck yet.
For those who are stuck... just remember.... it's just the 1st day. Dun hit the panic button just yet. Just keep thinking...
Cheers~!
To all the Malaysiam NanoWrimo people out there. Happy novel writing~! ^^
3:28AM
On second thought... better finish my work first. So much to do for work.
Better write after my work is done. Gotta know how to prioritize~!
Guess this month will be a good month to train sleeping just 5 hours a day

Came back from a Halloween party last night, tipsy and bordering drunk. Ended up writing the first 900 words in the first hour.
The next morning, it turns out I wrote pretty well and I'm not onto 2k words which is good considering this my first time writing. I guess the moral of this story is that if you get stuck on something, there is nothing a good drink can't cure.
Also...I changed my story at the last minute. I didn't have a plot until a few hours before Nano started. I'm basically doing a lot of things on the fly. I know how my story goes, but I've yet to figure out how to end it.
----------"The world didn't end with a whimper. It ended in a sea of screams, blood and torn flesh. It would have been delicious if it wasn't so sickening."

I'm cheating, because every part of my novel is true.
Except the ones that aren't.

Hopefully this won't come too late, but the easiest things to do when stuck is to surf the nanowrimo dares thread in the forum.
That or read my Nanowrimo Survival Tips. :P /shameless plug
Good luck Nanoing! Poke me on Twitter if you guys are stuck, and I'll try to help out. :D
