I couldn't find one of these so I made my own.
Yay yay yay, we did 14k!
(Sorry, that was a cheer at my camp for trips whenever you canoed or hiked or sailed 14k, someone would stop and go YAY YAY YAY, WE DID 14K!)

YAY for 14K in the very first day of NaNo! We really are crazy, aren't we?

I'm going for 15K before midnight (that's in two hours where I am), and I hope to keep up the pace of 10K (or at least 5K) per day. I'm going for 100K or more, so that's not COMPLETELY crazy, heehee. But this is the most I've written in one day in my life, as far as I know. And I'm half-delusional right now.

Congratulations, everyone!

Lauren

I'm over 16K! But I did most of it on day one. I've struggled to even crank out 1000 words today.

Good luck and happy writing everyone!

I too have fourteen k!! I can't believe it, today was really bad for me, I was in a weird mood, and my writing in places was really dodgy, and my inner editor wanted to scrap the whole thing, but I persevered! Roll on tomorrow with more and better written words!

Just made it. Yay! :D

Actually, I had 13,999, and I just couldn't let it stay there. So I added more descriptions, and now I'm at 14013. I might write more before bed, but I reached my day's goals no matter what.
