Planning to head out to Borders tonight for the Cary write-in. Hope to see/meet some of you there! I plan to consume much yummy coffee and get at least 1000+ words written. I haven't been there before. Is there room for my regular sized, not too huge laptop? Or should I bum my fiance's little teeny netbook? See you tonight Cary / Area Nano'ers :) |

I will be in the cafe area as well, probably between 7:00 and 7:30. I have curly-ish brown-ish hair pinned with a bobby pin on the left hand side. I'm wearing a pink (magenta?) polo shirt and jeans. I will have my laptop and will hopefully be typing away! =) Hope to meet some of you there!

Pretty sure I saw a few people plugged in last time. A lot of the tables are more towards the middle of the room and don't have access to the wall plug ins, but if you choose a table or chair near the wall, you should be golden :) Hope to see you there!

Either I'm missing it, or there's no official write-in scheduled tonight at Borders again. Hmmm.. I am still planning to go, so hopefully I won't be writing alone! I'm way behind on my word count and I need the extra get-out-of-the-house motivation!!!

Sorry, I don't think I could face the Beltline on a cold and rainy night. I'll be writing at home -- got to do 2,000 per day at this point to meet the goal. Just 8 more days! I can't believe I'm this close. Hope everyone else is doing great.

Yeah, there isn't an official write-in tonight on account of the fact that I'm spending the week out of town. I didn't want to mislead folks into thinking that I was somehow going to be there when... well, when I wasn't.
Having said that, y'all should get on out there. That particular Borders is pretty awesome for writing in, and I think y'all would have a blast.
