Just curious to see how many of us Austin WriMos are under 18! This is my fourth year doing Nano and I'm 16. I know for a fact I'm not the only one... show yourselves, fellow minors!

This is my second year. I'm 15 so... yeah. XD. I have a couple friends at school doing Nanowrimo also. I take all the credit for that. ^^. In all seriousness, it's great to see another younger Austin WriMo.

And I am curious to know how many of us Austin WriMos are OVER 65. Here's one, at 67. Anyone else dare make such a confession?

Agh Haylin! You're such a baby! I didn't know you were only 16... Alas, I am now no longer an innocent child, but since *last* September I can now vote, buy alcohol, be sued, and go to jail! Oh, the humanity!

Well, even if I'm 19, I'll still be one of the young un's around here ;)

Well, can't _legally_ buy alcohol at 19. b-But something tells me it's been done in this town once or twice :-)

There seem to be a lot of teens, actually. There were several at the midnight write, including my daughter, who's 14, and there was a 13 year old at today's write-in as well. And some other quiet ones I know of as well, in addition to those of you here.

And, saavedra? I'm not 65, but I tell you what. After an 11,000 word day (not this year yet; my longest so far is 7000), my back sure feels like it! *heh*

True true, legally being the key/operative word there.... I definitely got around it in San Antonio when I was at University not too long ago, just had to pick your places right....

Love that there are plenty of the teen generation here... I'm one of the twenty-somethings, nothing really special, but it's so awesome to hear about all of the younger (and older!) crowds that make it to the write-ins. Eventually I'll make it along and meet everyone, if things calm down at the hospital. Austin's great for being so diverse, and it's beyond lovely that there is a good group of younger Wrimos!

Haha I love how an entire conversation ensued from my ridiculous typo. I honestly meant to write the word "tobacco" there, but for some reason my mind jumped ahead 3 years. Not that I really plan on purchasing either...

Tobacco's not really that worth it... The occasional glass of wine or a nice mixed drink.... Mm. Beautiful plotbunnies have arisen from such things...
