Hey Matt et al-
It looks like we are going to have to cancel write ins at Monica's. Mike hosted the write in today and Monica nearly kicked out the group - she needs the tables for her morning breakfast regulars.
I'm going to skip going there tomorrow. I'll search around for some better places.

That's terrible! And sad for me, Monica's in only two blocks from my place. I'm hoping to actually get to one of these write-ins sometime. I'd really like to meet some other nano people in real life. What a bummer!

wow--- I don't show up for a little while and all hell breaks loose.
Boy am I glad I checked this tread before driving down there. I would have gone ballistic if Monica came over to my table and asked me to leave--- or worse yet refused me service because I was from "that group". I would have had to open a can of whoop ass on her.

I know, I can't believe it. Things have been changing over the past 6 months or so. Ever since she started the breakfast menu, she doesn't seem to like people coming in and just hanging out in the mornings anymore. I mean, can you blamer her, who would go into a coffee shop and expect that they could just have coffee?
We'll find a better spot.
