How far did you take the language you created?
At the moment, I think about thirteen words that are related and hold unique concepts would be great to conjure . How exactly to do this conjuring ,I'd love some feedback. I'd love some guidance and experience stories.
thank you

I have.. but only in part. Certain verbs have been spoken in different ways and I have about 200 words altogether... not counting on much more and I am not putting a dictionary in unless many of these are used. At the moment I am content to have a quick translation after a single sentence sort of thing. It's only really certain greetings or tests that are in my other language

I have a language, but definitely not a full one. I have maybe a handful of words that I'm using right now, the rest are just kinda...there. So far I haven't felt the urge to go any further with it than that.

I have a language, historical referencing for said language, and an alphabet that needs reworking.
But that's because I've been working on the world for over six years, I think it'll be reaching seven soon. So I have things a lot more detailed then is the usual case. I personally wouldn't advise doing anything more then rudimentary references to a language, as they are very complicated affairs.

Yes. I have a language, an alphabet, and an ancient language before the current language. It's developed over the years immensely, mainly because I have been working on it since I was six years-old.

Not for NaNo, but the one major language (called "Rung Tatakka") I am creating has currently 298 words, about 1/3 of which are somehow related to each other. Should I ever find the time, I could probably expand the dictionary to about twice its current size, by those rules for derivation I've set, like this:
to search for something lost - szegang
the search for something lost - szegai
a person searching for something that is lost - szegarung
something that is lost - szegahet
It's also got a complete, workable grammar, which I will have to revise sometime. I'm taking courses in linguistics this semester, and as I'm getting the hang of how languages really work, I realise just how much I've based "Rung Tatakka" off of those few languages I know (German, English, Russian, some Japanese).
Anyway, reworking or not, I'm quite proud of my little pet project.
