Hello, from the middle of nowhere! Valley View is located north of Denton and south of Gainesville. Being where I am and with very little opportunities to go to write-ins, meeting, and all the other fun things, I thought I might bring everyone to me instead. I was thinking of hosting a small event at my house for anyone and everyone to come to. I would have food and such, we can talk and get to know each other, and of course write!
Now, this would be at my house, which is kind of small, but from hosting many holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, and a wedding, I know that I can fit quiet a few people in here and manage some fun.
I am just wondering if anyone would attend? Let me know and if it is a good enough number of people I will start planning! I am thinking the second-third week, when everyone needs that little added push to finish the race. I really want to meet all these people I am friends with and this may be my one chance! So let me know!

I'm in Krum. I'd be up for it assuming I can sort out a ride. I don't have a car which leads to much creativity on transportation.
I lived in Valley View very briefly though, and it'd be nice to go back out there.

Yay, that makes one. I hope enough people would be willing to drive out here, and maybe one of them could even pick you up if the situation was possible. How long ago did you live out here? I have lived here for eight years, minus a year off at college.
