Unfortunately, we do not have this ability. On the primary NaNoWriMo website, there is no way to set different word count goals or daily goals. Everyone goes for 1,667 minimum and 50k. :) Whether or not they pay attention to that is completely individual.
However, if you look in the NaNo Artisans forum, you'll find word count goal wallpapers of assorted goals, and if you ask nicely, someone might be willing to make one for you with your individual goal.
