Synopsis:

Elam Drakon is a man who isn't what he appears. Something he prefers others not to know.

Unfortunately for him, the village he's been living in the past several years is located against the edge of a forest where something dark and powerful has slept for a very long time. And now it's waking up.

Torn between protecting the people he's come to see as friends and keeping his rather large secret, he finds himself relying on his friend and apprentice for the emotional strength he needs while deciding how best to save them all.
