Synopsis: Faded Sunsets
Kiana Chander is in her last stages of training to become part of the Acuminous Cladestites of Aquion [the ACA] (a secretive police intelligence force, similar to the current day's FBI) when the Aquions are attacked by the Eulyceans. Thrown into a situation of life or death, Kiana is forced to use her training to not only protect herself, but also her home, the Kingdom of Aquion. Kiana and the other members of the ACA quickly learn that the attack was a diversion and their Magidium Gem -- the centerpiece of the Aquion Crowning Ceremony -- has disappeared. The remaining members of the ACA are sent out to find and destroy the Eulyceans behind the theft, but when they encounter a team of Eulyceans investigating the same event, the problem escalates to something larger than even the Director of the ACA could have imagined.
Who is behind the attacks? Why did they steal the Magidium Gem? and how does Kiana fit into any of it?
