Brief Author Bio: My name is Sam, and I am a professional mariner by day, freelance writer by night. Most recently, I spent 9 months living aboard a 137-foot schooner that traveled as far south as St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, and as far north as Summerside, Prince Edward Island. I am currently seeking a job on a cruise ship. |

Synopsis: h
Ever since the accident, Brendan Lamar has prayed for a miracle, so that one day he might walk again. Across the country, Elizabeth Bevill wakes up in a field surrounded by plane wreckage, and knows that only a miracle could have saved her. Elizabeth, a former juvenile delinquent, decides to face her new reality by proving that she deserved to live, while Brendan's miracle cure comes in the form of a mysterious doctor who claims be on the cutting edge of gene therapy and manipulation. Both their paths will take them to the Human Potential Research Institute, run by a glove-wearing heiress who responds only to "Whisper," and then into the desert of New Mexico, where a showdown between the two teens will force them to realize that they are stronger as allies than enemies.
