The Bang. Or Bangs would be more precise. First it killed off every other country, as far as we know anyway. Then it reared its ugly head on us. It almost tore the place in half, It did kill half of us. But we survived. Then came The Others. Demons, Knightmares, Cer... whatever. It doesn't matter what you call them, all that matters is that they came. They said that those things would kill us all. They came to wipe us out.
