Synopsis: Incessant: Who Made Rachilana Muan?
"Foreigners aren't welcome" is a slogan that some soldiers in INVERTO is starting to adopt. How can they tell who are the real foreigners, and does being from another country make them less likely to be a good soldier for the company?
Who Made Rachilana Muan? is the first in a series documenting the near future -- economic ruin, devastation, and all the bad bits like racism and xenophobia in the technological world.

She stared at both the letter and envelope that it came in, puzzled about the whole thing. There was no return address, no name signed on the letter, but it had to have come from her family.
“What does it say?” Daisuke noticed her change in behavior.
“This person … they said that we were long time friends up until a few years ago,” she started to read verbatim from what she understood, “I haven’t seen you since New Year’s many years ago, what happened to you and the family? Though, I thought I might have seen you recently. You have grown a lot since we last met, however this person looked sadder. I will say ‘hi’ if I get a chance to. Will see you again sometime soon.
“I have absolutely no idea who this person could be. There are friends that might still know who I am, but how would they know where I live?”
“And everyone in your family that was in the states is accounted for, aren’t they?” Daisuke moved away from Rachel towards the door to exit.
“Yes,” she stopped herself before finishing, “wait a second. No, not everyone is.”
She tore her eyes away from the letter and stared at Daisuke.
“Guiren isn’t.”
