Prologue

Change happens at such random times. It’s often unsuspected though sometimes it’s known long before it happens. Change while it can be good and bad is rarely accepted at first. In wealthy Windermere, Florida, two of our character change in the biggest way they ever have. New York is home to the rest of our characters. Seven to be exact reside in the city that never sleeps. Three of our New Yorkers were forced to change. The other four choose to change their life and must deal with their decisions.
Raelyn Alastair and Kayla Ryan decide to take a year off before college to pursue their dreams. Our spoiled little rich kids are given 6 months by their parents to prove they can make it on their own. Unfortunately they’ve never had to. With little training and no experience our two new adults must live on their own for the first time while trying to make it in the entertainment industry.
Mike Quint, Brian Crank, Cam Lin, and Kevin Hale have lived comfortably together for years. When Kevin overdoses their comfortable life is rocked. Suddenly they need a new roommate and a new band mate. Not to mention a new friend to fill the void that Kevin left them with.
Jake Baker and Ricky Williams were students at NYU just finishing up their sophomore year when suddenly Jake announced he was dumping his business major and Julliard girlfriend, Andrea who decided to drop out. May, her best friend and friend by default of Ricky and Jake decides to focus on ballet at Julliard.
Change happens all the time. Some changes are hardly noticeable but others can change your life. Our characters will soon learn the difference while they attempt to do what they want to do to get what they need to get and do what they need to do to get what they want to get.
