A lesbian couple traverses the adventures of international adoption.
This is a story about a lesbian couple that adopts a child from Africa, but it's also about how we all really just want the same things in life. How we all have our own self-doubts in relationships. How we all have to overcome prejudices in life. How the struggles within ourselves are as big as the struggles we face in the world. How we all eventually realize that the real reason we want to have children is because we want to create the family we wish we had, or replicate the family we are glad we did have, and so that we can teach at least one other person that will succeed us in life the way we see the world and how to act fair and just and with love and conscience.
This is a story that should remind us to approach others with compassion.
