Brief Author Bio: I hate writing bios. But I'll try. ;) Um... atheist, strong believer in science, can't stand religion. But head over heels, desperately in love with mythology and fantasy- 'The Ten Commandments' always one of my favourite films, due to its' strong performances and fantastical setting. Basically put, I'm a creature of contradiction. It's sometimes aggravating and always confusing, even a little heart rending. This tends to come across in my writing- I am neither one thing or another, I can never make up my mind. BUT. I love to scribble and daydream and make up stories or verses, whichever takes my fancy- attempting to write a huge non-nano fantasy book right now, dear god it's taking me ages! ^^; On the other side, I love old british comedies (Morecambe & Wise, Two Ronnies, Dad's Army), WW2 & Pre-war jazz music and I also take extreme pleasure in being as saucy as possible! See you around the boards. ^.^ |

Synopsis: The Pastel House
Caught at first between the world of her own wild and dangerous desire and the crashing reality of her previously successful artist's career slowly crumbling around her, Letha Bell loses herself in memory and fear after a heart attack and so unknowingly starts to disappear from the world. Living in a secluded sunny beach side town, she abandons her paint for a new canvas- her unruly garden, untended by its' previous owner. She becomes a woman unheard of by the outside world, until a dark-haired young man insults her, wakes the raging storm and dies in an insane rebellion against his own artistic decay. Cue Letha's swift road back to her desire and the passion which will lead her back to life.
