Synopsis: Harvestland

"Learn to live by delivering death."

It's just an average day for Sally Webster--tennis practice, midterms, and a family meltdown--until a quick thinking stranger pulls her out of the way of an oncoming bus and into the terrifying world of Harvestland, where death is just a snip away. Everyday men and women are revealed to be Spectres, true psychopomps that attend dying in their last moments and sever a soul's connection to the body with their grimshirs. Accidentally chosen as a new Spectre, Sally encounters trouble on all sides, from the outraged, suspicious leaders of the Harvestland to her unsuspecting family.

As Spectres are killed in the line of duty and their grimshirs go missing under mysterious circumstances, Sally finds herself in the middle of a conflict that to destroy not just the Harvestland but death itself.
