Favorite writers: Jodi Picoult and ELizabeth Berg for their stories, Michael Connelly, Robert Crais, and Dennis LeHane for their plots, Bill Bryson, Dennis Saderis, Anne Lamott and Bill Bryson for their humor, Carl Hiassen's imagination, Robert B. Parker's way with dialogue, Louise Erdrich's writing, period.

Non-noveling interests: Acting, tap dancing, swimming, hiking, watching old movies, jazz, lazing around in the park, walking along the beach, singing, yoga, eating See's chocolates...when will I find time to write?
