The suns glow was ominous through the smoke. This was no ordinary fire. Amanda knew her phone would ring any minute.

Brrrrrrnnng. Brrrrrnnnng.

“Hi Honey. Yes, I see the smoke. I was expecting the call. Is it a serious fire?” asked Amanda.

“Yeah babe, there have been several explosions over on the waterfront. The first responders are saying several warehouses are engaged now. Don’t hold supper for me.” Jake responded.

“Okay honey. Be careful. I’ll be praying for you and for the others.”
