Brief Author Bio:

I'm Genevieve Wolf, a sophomore in highschool. I live with both my parents and my younger, seventh-grade sister. We have two dogs, a pound mutt and a beagle, and two cats who are brother and sister main coon mixes. We also have three rabbits named The Devil Spawn (who is anything but, he's such a sissy rabbit), Magic, and Twila. We raise poultry (namely chickens with a few turkeys, geese, and peacocks thrown in) for hobby.

I'm shy when I'm nervous or around strangers, but in the company of those I'm familiar and comfortable with I tend to be loud and extremely open. I love photography and writing, but I'm not sure if I'm much more than mediocre for either hobby. My current goal is to just finish one of my projects and I can work on making something good or long later.

Synopsis: The Unburried Ones

Fantasy/Romance

Lawrence Howell is a collector of the strange. Since he was a child, the supernatural has been attracted to him, and he it. As he has grown up, he has begun to collect more ad more dangerous things. But, with the death of his parents he has been saddled with the responsibility of caring for his younger brother, Alexander, and with that, he is forced to once again speak with his wild psychic sister, Evangeline. He's at his wits end when he gets a call about the rediscovery of Atlantis.

At the urging of his younger sister, he and his two siblings fly to Greece where they find that Atlantis holds more than just strange pottery and the like. In a temple in the center of the city rests twenty-four ancient Vampire Lords who have been hibernating since the city's destruction nearly four-thousand years prior. Evangeline manages to speak with the catatonic vampires and soon Lawrence is returning with the most dangerous piece of his collection yet: two of the Vampire Lords, Melissa and Cyrus. Evangeline takes Cyrus with her to her home while Lawrence winds up with Melissa.

The two begin nursing their respective vampires back to health, getting blood and force feeding it, etc. However once the vampires begin getting healthy enough to be conscious (even if only for a few seconds at a time), they immediately use survival magics and magically bond their respective human to them. The bond makes their human strongly compelled to fulfill whatever needs the vampire projects with his/her mind, and while Lawrence easily dispels Vampire's bond with the help of some of his artifacts and knowledge of the occult, Eva is easily overwhelmed despite her psychic abilities. Once Lawrence realizes what's happening to his sister, he manages to swap the vampires (much to his sister's magically-induced annoyance and extreme resistance - he has to try hard to do this while Cyrus isn't able to resist through her).

However, once Cyrus awakens all the way, Lawrence finds himself not only unable to bear a grudge against the vampire, but also begins to fall in love with the "insufferable creature." He panics and fights it, afraid of his new found sexuality but it quickly becomes impossible to ignore as the openly bisexual Vampire Lord grows on Lawrence more and more.

It quickly becomes apparent, however, that Lawrence's romantic problems are the least of his worries when fellow collectors of the occult begin to be killed off and their collections stolen. Even worse, the killer appears to be linked to the Atlantean Vampire Lords.
