Excerpt: Twin Kisses

Lana went very still. Perhaps it was the fear that was making her heart hammer in her chest after seeing the angry expression on Damien’s face. She jumped when she felt her hair pulled from the bun and floated over her shoulders.

“She smells so damn good, it‘s tempting not to just throw your little girl friend on the table.” Max hissed as he bent down and pressed his face into her hair.

“Cut it out!” Damien snapped.

But Max continued on as if he didn’t hear him. His cold, yet soft hand curled around Lana’s neck and plunged down the neckline of the dress until his fingers brushed the top of her exposed breast. She jumped when Max’s mouth was suddenly kissing her neck; his hot tongue made Goosebumps run down her back.

“Stop it!” Lana whispered. Her eyes darted around the restaurant as attention was drawn to her table. Max was clearly going too far and she didn’t know why. He was attacking her! But when she looked up at Damien with pleading eyes, she watched in horror as his expression turned to a dark, but lust filled one.
