Brief Author Bio: I am currently in my third year of college, and since I started attending, I haven't had time to win NaNo once. I've been writing fiction since the age of 9, and have no doubt I'll be doing it for the rest of my life, so I'm greatly hoping I'll be able to turn it around and prove I can multitask just as well in college as I could in high school. You know, people used to ask me what I wanted to be when I grew up. Yeah, sure, I gave run of the mill answers, but somewhere along the way I realized I wanted to be everything. Then I had a dilemma--one lifetime is just too short. And that is why I write. Because a pen is the key and paper is the gateway to a thousand lives. |

Synopsis:
Two young people are caught up in a world of intrigue. Eriande is a spoiled bratling who runs away from home in search of an easier life than one of trade, only to quickly learn how hard it really is to be alone. Wreyn is a hardened, antagonistic young man who most people prefer to fear or scorn, but either way avoid. So when Wreyn offers Eriande a lucrative invitation to join his smuggling operation, in return for helping him keep his cover, she's just desperate and vulnerable enough to accept and just naive enough to have no idea what she's getting herself into, siding with him. What follows is a tangling of webs--deceit, crime, and an unlikely romance between two people who every day thereafter question their own judgment in deciding to join forces.
