Synopsis: Rise of the Titans

Eritta Domian knows she born to a line full of magic. She even knows how to tap into it, though casting a spell in the middle of high school wouldn't go over well. Enter coincidence bordering on fate, and attraction far too familiar and deep to be passing.

Amongst passion and experiment, the Titans Heimdall and Fenrir are awoken, and though Eritta knows she has some place in the fight that erupts, no one seems able to define what it is. Still - with her visionary aunt knowing that she has a place in these events, and the support of a man who once was accused of stalking her, she thinks that maybe this won't be so bad.

And then she finds out she's pregnant with a savior and the chances of surviving the birth are slim to none. So much for that.

Excerpt: Rise of the Titans

“The current theory puts the number of alternate realities at around 500, but this is based only on the current record without repeat for several thousand years. It is possible, and even likely, that there are many more, some never meant to be seen or discovered – only for private considerations.”

“ …For any given person, I would estimate that there are some 100 alternates of that person. Of some there are naturally less; one man in particular is recorded in only two realities. Of some, there are more; one woman in particular, shows up in some form in nearly every reality on record.”

-Animere Farrel: ‘Alternate Realities, An Essay’

“…you should have seen the time I scryed and saw my mother’s home world for the first time. It was the strangest thing – huge metal machines, bright lights everywhere, and really tall buildings.”

-Adia Risque
