Synopsis: Eosphoros
Leslie Morgan is not perfect in any way--expelled from four schools for fighting and instigating trouble, she is not your average girl. After punching another student she is sent to boarding school in England, but before she can classify it as just another place to torture her she meets Cable Fell, and realizes it might be different from the others.
Action, romance, angels and demons are the centerpiece for this novel.
Excerpt: Eosphoros
The entryway was just as foreboding as the front; a few lights lined the walls—at least they shed a littel light, but the stone seemed to soak it up with a vengeance. Leslie squared her shoulders and tried to look on the bright side—figuratively: she would have at least a few months off from her boring-as-hell life in Phoenix, Arizona while she stayed in England. England! She had always wanted to travel, and now here she was, albeit in a boarding school for delinquents. It was not exactly the scenario she had originally imagined, in which she had toured Europe, if not in high style then at least as a stylishly destitute student/artist.
The guy on her left drew forward and opened a door they had come to at the end of the hall, holding it for her.
She looked up at him and flashed a dazzling smile, letting her mischievous nature bleed through. She expected some reaction, but nothing about his expression changed. His eyes looked straight through her, even while they were trained on her own. They were a jewel-like shade of green, and Leslie started to feel herself sway to one side. She mentally slapped her sappy brain and walked into the cramped office.
