Brief Author Bio: Hello everyone. I am a man. Actually, I'm not, but I like to use the name Leo around the internet. I'm really a 17-year-old girl from Finland, who has roughly 27 personalities. I have writer's block in about 25 of them, so NaNoWriMo will be quite a challenge for me. I have to make a confession: I tried NaNoWriMo last year, and gave up after the third day due to a hideous pile of homework. I'm better at writing short stories than novels or novellas, not because I don't have ideas for longer stories, but simply because I get bored very easily. So, hopefully I'll hang in the whole 30 days this year. I don't know whether I'll write in English or Finnish yet. (In Finnish it would turn out longer because there are no articles, and lots of compound words. So maybe I'll choose English, just because I'm a lazy person.) Enough of NaNoWriMo and my excuses for never completing anything. Time for me to tell you something about myself. Yay! (You may clap at this point, if you wish. I will leave time for it at the end of this too.) As I already said, I am lazy. I'm also a great fan of eating and sitting in front of my beloved Charles, watching videos and reading scrumptious femmeslash fan fiction. (Charles is the name of my laptop.) My room is a mess most of the time. I would be a tidy person if I just had some time to clean. Does this make me sound like a major nerd? Good, because now I get to explain to you how I actually have a social life. You could almost say I'm an active person. You can spot me in any scout event near Tampere. I also attend a glbt youth group every two weeks, and am active around the glbt community in other ways too. I go fencing once a week and sometimes manage to force myself to go jogging. I have friends who are very dear to me (I'm not sure if I'm likeable enough to be dear to them) and for whom I'd skip Physics revision any day. I'm the person who never shuts up. A little drama-queen lives inside me. My star sign is not Leo, although many believe so because of my choise of name. I'm an Aries, and a mighty proud one too! (I read horoscopes only once a week and do not believe them. It's just a coincidence that most of my personalities are very Aries-like.) I love books with a passion. And I mean books, not just the stories. Stories you can read online or get from the library. But I love owning books, admiring them in my shelves, caressing and hugging them. They are like my little pets. I always slept with a book next to me as a child. I'm a book-a-holic. I advise you: NEVER go to a bookstore with me. You might never get out. There was my modest little introduction. I hope you enjoyed it and will read it again a few times just to delight in the mere finesse of it. Applause now, please, and I shall take a bow. |

Synopsis: Fall
Harry, Ron and Hermione are on the lookout for Horcruxes. They've disconnected themselves from most of the wizarding world to avoid suspicion, and are living in a tent off in muggle area. One day, Harry, returning from a tiring Horcrux hunt, goes to visit the Dursley's house to find no other than Draco Malfoy on his doorstep. Malfoy has the key to Snape's whereabouts and some of Voldemort's secrets, but for exchange, he wants something from Harry.
Fall is a story about mistrust, rapture and the search for comfort in the arms of someone safe.
Sometimes the world has its own way, and all one can do to cope is not to even try.
