Brief Author Bio: I really don't know what to put. I'm so bad a describing myself, I'm a nerd, but I'm also a scene kid, a punk, an emo, a Christian, and a lolita all rolled into one person. I'm not sure if that's legal though...But Oh well, no one's arrested me. Yet. |

Excerpt: The (Mis)Adventures of and English Witch Named China
My name is Chinakra (but everyone calls me China, even that nasty Jessebella!), and I’m a witch, well ok, a witch-in-training. Let me tell you a little about my story. I was born in the seventeenth century, in Salem, Massachusetts. My mother (who is also a witch), flew us back to her home country of England to avoid persecution from those silly puritans who thought we were going to do bad things to them before I could even speak. So, it’s needless to say, I consider myself English (Even though my Witch’s Training License says otherwise, but my mom’s trying to get that changed). My mother and I now live in a flat over a bakery in a special area in London that some queen set aside for the Witches (The humans just see a quaint little neighborhood). Since I’ve lived so long I’ve traveled everywhere and seen alot of things that I hear the humans say are great events (The signing of the Declaration wasn’t that exciting, they wouldn’t let me into the room). In my many years of life I’ve met some incredible people, like my best friends Giovanni and Antonella (they’re Vampires I met while I was in Italy during the Victorian period), Jamie (He’s the werewolf of London), and Daniel (he’s a human, born in the 1990s I believe). I’ve also met people that I don’t like, for example, that nasty Jessebella I told you about, she’s also a witch. For some reason she’s made me her rival, I don’t even remember what I did to make her hate me so much!
