Synopsis: Chaos Control

Detective Jack Kingston is on the trail of a killer who's victims have spontaneous combusted, a killer who leaves behind no evidence, and a killer who's backed by the public, because this killer isn't targeting the innocents, but the guilty. Armed with virtually no leads and little support, Jack must reopen a cold case that took place 10 years ago involving a boy who's body burst into flames, an unlikely suspect, and a government-sanctioned program code named The Project for very special children.
