Brief Author Bio: My name's Benjamin Solah. I'm a Marxist horror writer from Sydney and now living in Melbourne. I work full-time and hate it, but spend all of my own time writing and being involved in political activism. My writing is a mixture of influences from Stephen King to John Steinbeck, using the violence and imagery of horror to highlight the everyday horrors of capitalism. |

Synopsis: Hadeon
One day, Hadeon refuses to accept his fate as a slave and snaps. Leaving behind a violent expression of angst and suffering, he walks as far from Kiev as he can, maybe searching for his parents, but nothing in particular.
More than 800 years later, Aleks is searching for anything, anything no one has found before. He can't feel content leaving this world, until his unhidden something lost and he is remembered for that. After finding a cave so deep and so cold, he thought he was no longer in Melbourne, he finds what he's looking for, something frozen in time, and now he thinks he should've left it there.
