“If you really want to save the girl, then stop the childish dramatics, put my Savant down and join me here by the fireplace. Time is against us now and you’ve earlier rescue stunt may of cost us all dear.” said the detached voice. “Guards, let him go.”
CT shrugged his arms out of the Guards grips, giving them both a warning glance before crossing the room to the two high backed chairs by the fire place. Sitting in one of the chairs was black garbed figure wearing a featureless mask, who held out a hand for him to shake.
“I am the Vigilie CT, and I am pleased to met you”, the figure said shaking CT's hand. “Please do take a seat.” said the Vigilie indicating the open chair.
“Then we can talk about what we can do to save…” the Vigilie paused in mid-speech as if trying to remember something, “…Save Sarah… and stop the Dark.”
CT sat down staring the dark figure before him, “What do you know about this?” he asked, “And don’t give me no crap I ain’t as dumb as your Savant thinks I am”
“No one ever said you were CT, but we are here to help you.”, said the Vigilie
CT took the seat, perching just on the edge of the chair, the self-proclaimed Vigilie surveyed him calmly. “So how can you help me save Sarah” said CT.
“More than you can right now.” said the Vigilie seeing the words rile CT.
“We have waited, we have watched as your Grandfather ignored our advice and our advances, but we forgive you're family of that.” continued the Vigilie.
“Seems all you have now is words to me.” said CT interrupting and getting up to leave.
“CT, please have patience.” said the Vigilie.
CT, looked at the Vigilie, at the two guards and the Savant over on the computer and decided to hear the masked stranger out.
“Your rash actions early this night have cost us all, by now the... Sarah would be safe in our wards, instead under your protection she is now in the hands of the dark.” said the Vigilie.
“Oh that's it... Yeah... Lecture over... I have a girl to save, and no clue how to find her, and unless I miss my guess not much time to do it in. So take you melee mouth shit and shove it up your tight wad ass” said CT getting up the guards moving towards him.
“Difference is CT.” said the Vigilie, “We have an idea were Sarah is and are willing to share it with you for your assistance.”
CT stopped and looked that Vigilie on the chair, and then at the two guards standing before him.
“Time is running out for her CT and the longer she is with the Dark, the bigger chance it has of getting what it wants and Sarah has exactly what it needs.” said the Vigilie.
“I am guessing this is one of those deals I can only say yes too” he said.
“CT life is full of choices.” said the Vigilie, “This time I trust you will make the right one... If not for the sake of the girl, but maybe for the sake of your Grandfathers Tether... It has after all been in the family for a very, very long time.”
CT stood there and glared at the Vigilie, “Okay you got me. Now where is Sarah?”
