Synopsis: Burton Lark and the Trail of the Jade Idol

Burton Lark, famed engineer and adventurer, is hired by an old family friend to locate their son who has gone missing while on a treasure hunting expedition in the jungles of Africa. After a bit of a safari, Burton and his companions find the young man but in the process are captured by an ancient cult who are running a secret mining operation. Burton escapes with his companions and their charge then tries to track down the cult only to have his plane sabotaged causing them to crash in the Mongolian Mountains. With the help of a local guide, they make their way to a nearby town where they are betrayed by the guide and put once again in the hands of the cult just as they are finishing their ceremony to resurrect an evil ancient tyrant. Burton and company escape the death trap, but the ceremony is successful and Burton finds himself face-to-face with an evil Sorcerer from Earth's distant past.
